L'oreal Micellar Water -Refreshing Review

September 25, 2017

Introduction of micellar water
It's water formulated with micelles or tiny cleansing molecules suspended in soft water. It could remove dirt, oil, and makeup quickly and don't need to rinse it off.

L'oreal Micellar Water Refreshing & Moisturizing:
L'oreal Micellar Water has two types: refreshing (blue cap one), and moisturizing (pink cap one). The functions are same: 1. cleanse, 2. remove makeup, and 3. soothe. The beauty assistant at L'oreal counter told me that the refreshing one is for oily and combination skin, and the moisturizing is for dry skin. Both of them is safe for sensitive skin. Since I have combination oily skin, I choose the refreshing one.
